    Good afternoon

    We have purchased

    10x EDTA Buffer pH 8.0 (ab64216) antigen retrieval.  I may be missing it on the spec sheet…..could you please tell me what mM it is?  I have been given a protocol

    calling for 10mM EDTA and I’m not sure if I can use this one.

     

    ANSWER:

    		  

    ab64216 is supplied with a 10 mM solution of EDTA which is a 10X stock solution. The working concentration is 1mM EDTA.
