Hi- With this Ag retrieval solution do you recommend deparaffining and rehydrating prior to HIER? The tech sheet seems to indicate these steps are unnecessary.

Thank you for your enquiry. You can use the Reveal to deparaffinize the sections. It is important that you use a hot rinse for 10 minutes straight after you have done the retrieval, to make sure that the wax is not redeposited back onto the slide.
