Anti-14-3-3 gamma antibody images

  • Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human brain tissue using ab69592 at 1/50-1/100 dilution. Right hand panel was treated with immunising peptide.

    Lane 1 : K562 cell extract treated with insulin (0.01U/ml, 15mins)

    Observed band size : 30 kDa
    Additional bands at : 65 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
