Anti-14-3-3 sigma (acetyl10) antibody images

  • Immunohistochemistry Image of Human Skin (formalin fixed, paraffin embedded) stained with ab111305 at 1:250. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity.
