Background
These cells are derived from the original line 3T3-Swiss albino and are used as an in vitro model of adipocytes to study insulin pathways, obesity and cardiovascular diseases. STATs 1, 3, 5A, 5B, and 6 are reported to be expressed in adipocytes

Extracts have been quality control tested by Western blot and the Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay (EMSA).
Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
