Anti-6X His tag® antibody (FITC) images

  • ab3554 staining 6X His tag® in rat spinal cord tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with TritonX and blocked with 6% serum for 2 hours at 21°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 0.1M PBS + 0.3% Triton + 6% NGS) for 17 hours at 4°C.
