Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized using triton in 4% BSA for 15 minutes at room temperature, blocked with 4% BSA for 30 minutes at 20°C and then incubated using ab48508 at a 1/200 dilution for 16 hours at 4°C. The secondary used was an Alexa-Fluor 350 conjugated goat anti-mouse monoclonal, used at a 1/250 dilution.
