Our customer would like to purchase A1BG antibody for IHC-P human cell in mouse tissue.

 

so, cross reactivity is important.

Thank you very much for your interest in A1BG antibodies from Abcam.

We have 4 antibodies to A1BG on our catalog, but none of these have been tested against mouse. I did a sequence alignment for the two antibodies we have immunogen sequences for (ab96480 and ab66011), and they were between 45-55% homology with mouse. There is only 45% homology between the human and mouse full-length protein sequences, so I am afraid that it is unlikely that any of the A1BG antibodies we currently carry will cross-react with mouse.
