I have used ab89050 for western blotting of protein from 60ug liver, which is a tissue that expresses high levels of A1CF. Using the recommended dilution of 1:500 did not produce any bands but using 1:100 did produce the band at the expected molecular weight. However this is an unnacceptably high amount of antibody to use.
