 Please help me with this antibody- ABCB111 (ab71793), its not working. I am using LSAB with 1:100 dilution , HEIR @ high pH. Thanks

We take product complaints very seriously, and investigate every product that we feel may not be performing correctly. Hi, I would like to know if the epitope is in the exposed extracellular or intracellular domain of the C-terminus. I am interested to use this antibody on membrane vesicle preps to determine orientation of the membrane sidedness of the vesicle preps. Thanks

I have contacted the originator of the product for more information, unfortunately the exact immunogen sequence information is proprietary. However, they did released information that the sequence is a 15 amino acid protein taken between amino acids 1025 and 1075.
