Predicted band size : 141 kDa
Observed band size : 170 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 40& 43 kDa,47 kDa,75 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - ABCB4 antibody (ab71792)
Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue reacted with ab71792 at a 1:50 dilution, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
