Anti-ACADM antibody (ab13677) at 0.05 µg/ml + Human heart lysates at 35 µg
developed using the ECL technique
Predicted band size : 48 kDa
Primary incubated for 1 hour.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - ACADM antibody (ab13677)
ab13677 (3.8 µg/ml) staining ACADM in paraffin-embedded human Liver. Steamed antigen retieval with citrate buffer (pH 6) was carried out.
