Anti-ACAT1 antibody - C-terminal (ab71407) at 1/60 dilution + SK-BR-3 cell line lysate at 35 µg
Predicted band size : 45 kDa
Observed band size : 45 kDa
Additional bands at : 130 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)-ACAT1 antibody - C-terminal(ab71407)
ab71407 at 1/50 dilution staining ACAT1 - C- terminal in human hepatocarcinoma tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). A peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody was used followed by DAB staining.
