I was wondering about the specificity of this antibody and if it cross-reacted with ACTN2, ACTN1, or ACTN4. How was specificity determined?

Thank you for contacting Abcam regarding ab65067.

I have confirmed with the laboratory that the immunogen sequence homology is 75% with ACTN1, 83% with ACTN2, 75% with ACTN4. We have not specifically tested if ab65067 will cross react with these proteins.
