Pouvez-vous m’expliquer pourquoi dans la fiche technique du produit ab54969 (anti-ADA antibody), dans les résultats en Cytométrie de Flux, la courbe rouge est obtenue avec la référence ab55445 (qui correspond à un anti-MIF)?

J'ai investigué ceci avec mon collègue qui avait ajouté cette image. Effectivement le problème était que le mauvais nom d'anticorps était utilisé dans la légende. L'image et la légende sont correcte, mais pour le ab54969. Ceci à maintenant corrigé. Nous nous excusons de cette erreur. Merci encore une fois d'avoir attiré notre attention à ceci.

Let us know if these ABCAM ADA antibodies(Cat no: Ab34677-ADA rabbit Pab& Ab54969-ADA mouse Mab) can be used as a pair for ELISA purpose or you are having other ADA matched antibody pair.

Thank you for your enquiry and your interest in our products.

According to the datasheets, ab54969 has not been tested for ELISA (only WB, Flow Cytmetry); whilst the other antibody (ab34677) has been characterized for indirect ELISA system. Unfortunately, these two antibodies have not been used as a pair in Sandwich ELISA (sELISA). I have conducted a search for you and though we have 8 antibodies against this target (ADA) in our catalogue, none have been tested specifically for sELISA.
