Lane 3 : ST lysate treated with IL1 beta at 15 µl
Lane 4 : ST lysate treated with IL1 beta at 10 µl
Lane 5 : Tera-1 lysate treated with TPA at 15 µl
Lane 6 : Tera-1 lysate treated with TPA at 10 µl
Lane 7 : HS1.Tes Lysate treated with TPA at 30 µl

Observed band size : 100 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 45 kDa (possible cleavage fragment,isoform).
ADAM1 alpha, with a predicted mass of 87 kDa is reported at 100 kDa on SDS PAGE gels and is processed to a 48 kDa form.
