Is ADAM-10 peptide (ab41167) able to retain enzyme activity and cleave E-cadherin in vitro?

The ab41167 peptide is not enzymatically active. The immunogenic　synthetic peptides can be used as antibody-neutralizing peptides but are not　full-size active enzymes. Therfore, it will not be able to cleave E-cadherin.
