Are the immunogen sequences available? For ab11536 why does it state that "Recognizes the full length, long form of ADAM12 but not the soluble form of ADAM12. By immunoblotting against the reduced protein, the antibody recognizes bands of 116 kDa (minor band), 92 kDa (major band), and cleaved products at 68 kDa and 40 kDa in cell lysates." when The soluble form of ADAM12 (738 amino acids, predicted mass of 80.5 kDa) is seen as a 92 kDa zymogen and 68 kDa furin-processed form.

Our source for ab11536 has confirmed that the antibody should only recognize full length ADAM12 (ADAM12-L), since the antibody is directed against the cytoplasmic region of the full length ADAM12, which is nonexistent in the ADAM12-S. The cytoplasmic tail of ADAM12-L consists of the following amino acid residues in the sequence: 2527-3069. We don't have information regarding the sequence for ab11538.
