ab41213- propeptide: immunogenic peptide is in the first half of the propeptide domain of human ADAM-17 (propeptide form is 18 – 214aa) ab41214-cytoplasmic domain- within the last 40 amino acids of the full-length, 824 amino acid, human ADAM-17 sequence. ab41215- Activation site -lies between amino acid residues 180 - 230 of human ADAM-17.
