Predicted band size : 87 kDa
Observed band size : 66 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 12 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Exposure time : 12 minutes
The band observed at 66 kDa could potentially be a cleaved form of ADAM28 due to the presence of an 18 amino acid signal peptide and a 180 amino acid propeptide.
