Dear Technical Support team, The datasheet indicates that the antibody was raised against the "catalytic domain" but unfortunately we have not been able to find any further details.  I would appreciate if you could provide any additional information about this antibody and / or the specific peptide sequence against which it was generated.   Kind regards,

Abcam produce some of our antibodies in-house and others are sourced from suppliers whose products we believe will be of interest to our customers. This product falls into the latter category. The identity of our suppliers remains commercially sensitive information. I would like to confirm that I have already contacted the originator of this antibody.

Unfortunately, we are not able to release the immunogen sequence for this particular antibody as it is proprietary information. Abcam aim to provide as much information as possible to our customers, so I am sorry that this has not been possible on this occasion.

I fully appreciate this may not be ideal for you and how difficult it could be to publish the data without the requested immunogen sequence. I am still waiting for a definite answer and as soon as have some further information, will get back to you.
