Recommended dilutions WB: 1/1000 - 1/5000. Predicted molecular weight: 103 kDa. The recommended starting concentration for Western blots is 1:1,000 when using colorimetric substrates such as BCIP/NBT, and 1:5,000 for chemiluminescent substrates.
Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Relevance
|
ADAMTS proteases are secreted enzymes containing a prometalloprotease domain of the reprolysin type. The ADAMTS proteases function in processing of procollagens and von Willebrand factor as well as catabolism of aggrecan, versican and brevican. They have important roles in connective tissue organization, coagulation, inflammation, arthritis, angiogenesis and cell migration.
