ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. This peptide can be used with studies using ab45047. Dilution optimised using Chromogenic detection. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

ADAMTS proteases are secreted enzymes containing a prometalloprotease domain of the reprolysin type. The ADAMTS proteases function in processing of procollagens and von Willebrand factor as well as catabolism of aggrecan, versican and brevican. They have important roles in connective tissue organization, coagulation, inflammation, arthritis, angiogenesis and cell migration.
