Anti-ADFP antibody (ab52355) at 2 µg/ml + Human liver lysate

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - ADFP antibody (ab52355)
ab52355 staining ADFP in HeLa cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% saponin and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at 25ºC. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50: in PBS; 1% BSA) for 1 hour at 25ºC. An Alexa Fluor®568-conjugated Goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG, dilution 1/100, was used as secondary antibody.
