Bonjour
Je vous confirme le problème avec un des lots de l’anti ALK : le lot défectueux est le GR28265-2, le 2éme lot livré simultanément (GR45198-2) ne présentant pas de problème. Je précise que les faux positifs (30% des cas environ) ont été testés en FISH et st bien négatifs. Nous travaillons en FFPE et les anomalies ont été constatées sur biopsies, pièces opératoire et métastases. Ci-joint, 2 photos du même cas avec les 2 lots et le protocole de l’automate Ventana utilisé
