Is this antibody cocktail suitable for Bovine tissues

Regrettably, I have to say I am unable to compare the homology percentage of immunogen sequences between human and bovine species. The immunogen sequences are unavailable at the moment, so I am sorry I am unable to confirm the species cross reactivity with Bovine samples.

Could you please specify if the anti-AMACR+p63-ab14202 is exactly mouse monoclonal IgG2a as it shown in Description of the antibody's Datasheet or this product consists from two different antibodies: mouse monoclonal to p63 and rabbit IgG to AMACR? It's very important for us as we use double immunostaining with the second primary antibody from rabbit. We could get none positive result with this product at dilution 1:20 with prostate cancer TMA of 19 cases.

This product is a mixture of a mouse monoclonal antibody to AMACR and a rabbit polyclonal to p63 (Monoclonal: Immunogen Recombinant fragment corresponding to amino acids 1-205 of Human p63; Polyclonal: Immunogen synthetic human AMACR peptide), my apologies for the confusion.
