Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - APOBEC3G antibody (ab54257)
HeLa cell monolayers were transfected with an APOBEC3G expression vector, fixed after 24 hr and hybridised with the anti-APOBEC3G ab54257 (1/500 dilution). Bound antibody was detected using an Alexa Fluor 594-conjugated goat secondary antibody and imaged by confocal microscopy. APOBEC3G is seen (in green) distributed throughout the cytosol, and concentrated in small areas called P-bodies.
