I am seeing two bands on my blot, one at 30kD and the expected one at 20kD. However, the band at 30kD is much stronger than the 20kD band. Do you know why this is?

It is possible that the 30kD band you are seeing on your blot is the glycosylated form of the protein. We are not aware of another protein that this antibody cross-reacts with around 30kD.
