ELISA: Use at assay dependant dilution. ELISA titre using peptide based assay: 1:62500
IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 4.0 - 8.0 µg/ml.
WB: Use at a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 58 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 58 kDa).
