Recommended dilutions
ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. ELISA titre using peptide based assay 1/312500.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 36 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 36 kDa).

ART4 is a member of the ADP ribosyltransferase gene family. Antigens of the Dombrock blood group system are located on the gene product, which is glycosylphosphatidylinosotol anchored to the erythrocyte membrane. Allelic variants, some of which lead to adverse transfusion reactions, are known.
