Lane 1 : Jurkat (Human T cell lymphoblast-like cell line) Whole Cell Lysate
Lane 2 : Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate - Staurosporine Treated (24hr, 500nM)
Lysates/proteins at 10 µg per lane.

Performed under reducing conditions.
Predicted band size : 23 kDa
Observed band size : 21 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 39 kDa,73 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Exposure time : 10 minutes
The 21 kDa band observed is comparable to the molecular weight seen with other commercially available antibodies to ASF1a.
