In this mail, I am writing to ask you about TRF1 antibodies whichyou have.
I looked at the data sheets and found that you have differents clones of TRF1 antibodies including BED5, TRF-78, 3H11, 40000, and, 57-6.
I would like to knowpeptide mappingor aminoacid ofBED5, TRF-78, 3H11, 40000, and, 57-6 clones.
I want to compare the stucture of epitope before I order the new anti-TRF1 fromAbcam.

BED5 57-6 - ab47717 (Human full length recombinant protein expressed in bacteria)

BED5 - ab124273 (Recombinant full length TRF1 protein (Human).)

TRF-78 - ab10579 (Human TRF1 protein produce in baculovirus)

3H11 - ab14397 (EEKDQEIKHLKLKSQP conjugated to KLH, corresponding to amino acids 1276-1291 of ASK1 with C-terminally added Cysteine.)

40000 or 4E4 - ab21077 (Recombinant protein (Human))

57-6 - ab66223 (Recombinant full length TRF1)

If the antibody was raised against a full length/recombinant protein, the epitope region has not been mapped and we do not have information about the specific binding site.
