Could you share me the % identities and number of gaps of the BLASTp between the recognized epitope by your Anti-ATF1 (ab66016) against the sequence of the bovine ATF1 (uniprot Q08DA8), please?

Please find attached a copy of the alignment between the bovine and human sequences. Based on the level of homolgy between, I do not think that the antibody ab6616 would react with bovine tissue.
