Predicted band size : 68 kDa
Observed band size : 68 kDa
Additional bands at : 27 kDa (possible isoform),50 kDa (possible isoform).
Note: Multiple isoforms of ATG16L1 can be detected in mouse skeletal muscle lysate using ab72086. The approximately 40 kD band seen in this lysate is also seen in prebleed and is not believed to be relevant.
