Antibody works with MEF samples in WB but not in IP.

Thank you for your call and for your patience while I have looked into your enquiry.

I have been in touch with the lab, and this antibody is not tested in-house in immunoprecipitation, so unfortunately we don't have an optimized protocol. This clone has been used in the literaturefor immunoprecipitation, and I've attached a reference that may be useful. Please see the section called "ATM Kinase Assay" within the procedures.

We do fully guarantee this antibody to work in IP, so if this reference is not helpful or if you would prefer a credit or a refund I would be happy to set that up for you.
