Lane 1 : extracts from 293 cells treated with
EGF (200ng/ml, 5mins) and treated with the immunising phosphopeptide.
Lane 2 : extracts from 293 cells treated with

Predicted band size : 265 kDa
Observed band size : >175 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
