Does this antibody recognize just the phosphorylated form of ADD3 or can it also recognize the native, unphosphorylated form?

Thank you for your enquiry.

This polyclonal antibody is very specific for a phosphorylated serine. It recognizes the phosphorylated serine in a number of Adducin isoforms. Recognizes the phosphorylated serine 662 of human g-Adducin, phosphorylated serine 724 of a-Adducin and phosphorylated serine 713 of b-Adducin. The surrounding aa sequence in all these cases is at least 12 of 13.

I can also confirm that the antibody does not recognize non-phosphorylated human adducin.
