      Frozen mitochondria should not be a problem for any immunoprecipitation kits.

      Regarding the ANT kit ab109713, I understand you would want to use at least 5uL of beads.

      The kit contains 25 uL (settled volume) of beads conjugated to 250 ug of antibody. This is enough to run 5 tests ifyouuse5 uL beads for each test. The 5 uL recommended minimum is for any sample, including mitochondria. ...
