Western blot - Alanyl-tRNA synthetase 2 antibody - C-terminal (ab72373)
Anti-Alanyl-tRNA synthetase 2 antibody - C-terminal (ab72373) at 1/60 dilution + SK-BR-3 cell line lysate at 35 µg
Predicted band size : 107 kDa
Observed band size : 95 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 50 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)-Alanyl-tRNA synthetase 2 antibody - C-terminal(ab72373)
ab72372 at 1/50 dilution staining Alanyl tRNA synthetase 2 C-terminal in human lung carcinoma tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). A peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody was used followed by DAB staining.
