I would like to see a Western blot for this antibody (ab24702), against yeast extract. We are looking for a "loading control" antibody for yeast, similar to your ab10345 but made in rabbits. Preferred MW of protein <40 kDa.Do you have a Western blot for ab20994, another candidate? Also, I would prefer affinity-purified IgG, or IgG prep, rather than whole serum.

I am sorry but we do not have a western image of ab20994. However, I have received an image of ab24702 applied using wild type yeast strains and a temperature sensitive strain. I have uploaded it to the antibody datasheet and it is viewable at the weblink below.

Have you considered the use of our immunogen affinity purified antibody; Histone H3 antibody - ChIP Grade (ab1791) as a loading control? This has been successfully applied to yeast lysates.
