Can you tell me if this antibody has been used in Formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections?

Unfortunatetly, this antibody has only been tested by western blot. It probably will work in FFPE tissues but we can't say for sure until it has been tested

Could you tell me if this antibody is specific to Abeta? Does is cross react with APP?

This antibody was raised against a sequence corresponding to the cleaved Abeta fragment of APP. It is sequence specific.

I will use this antibody by treating cells with it and do death assay. So it is quite importanat whether this antibody system contains toxic material such as sodium azide or not. Please tell me what is contained in the antibody solution.
