Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) - Anti-Amyloid beta precursor protein antibody [2.F2.19B4] (ab78271)
ab78271 staining Amyloid beta precursor protein in APP transgenic mouse brain (12 month old) by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections).Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.3% TritonX in 0.1% PBS, blocked with 10% serum for 1 hour at 24°C and then incubated with ab78271 at a 1/500 dilution for 24 hours at 4°C. The secondary used was an Alexa-Fluor 568 conjugated donkey monoclonal used at a 1/1000 dilution. Nuclei stained with DAPI.
