I am interested in one of the new antibodies you advertissed. It is directed to APP protein (ref. ab17467). In the data sheet, it is indicated that the predicted Mw is about 87 kDa, but considering that this antibody recognizes either the mature or immature form of this protein, shouldn't we expect to have a range of different Mw and not only 87 kDa? You are absolutely correct; this antibody detects at least 3 clear bands in Western Blots with HeLa and 3T3L1 cell lysates.

The product description itself states that the antibody recognizes the precursor protein and APP695, APP770 and APP751.
