Right now, I am having the antibody for ACE1 – ab11734 and ACE2- ab87436.

Could you please suggest what kind of buffer and dilution range would be good for western blot applications.

I am eagerly waiting for your response, I will try first with these antibodies, then I will decided what else I can do…

For ab11734 I'd recommend starting with a dilution of 1: 250 and dilute ab87436 to 1:1000. The primary antibody diluent could be TBS with 0.05% Tween 20.

I would be happy if someone would guide me to choose good antibody from your products for anti-Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 1 and 2 for Immunofluorescence and Western applications in Rat tissue.

Since we tried lot of antibody with other sources, it wouldn’t give good result.
