Two questions:

For the secondary antibody, will the first one (ab6947) work against ab54427, or do we need to buy the second one (ab97239)? One is against IgG, the other one is against IgG1. ab54427 is IgG1.

I need to use a control antibody for a functional study with your Integrin beta 3 antibody(Cat. ab36436). Could you please let me know which form of Ig is it ? for example: Hamster IgG (IgG1 or G2)?

I contacted the production lab to enquire about the isotype of ab36436, and unfortunately they said that the antibody has not been characterized to distinguish if it is IgG1 or IgG2.  

We do have hamster IgG isotype controls that you may use as control antibodies. I would recommend ab18479, which is an Armenian Hamster IgG isotype control. This antibody has been tested on a variety of mouse, rat, and human tissues.
