All lanes : Anti-Arp8 antibody (ab12098)
Lane 1 : FLAG-purification using S. pombe whole cell extract not expressing FLAG-tagged-INO80 complex
Lane 2 : FLAG-purification using S. pombe whole cell extract expressing FLAG-tagged-INO80 complex
Predicted band size : 100 kDa
Observed band size : 100 kDa
Additional bands at : 95 kDa (possible degradation product).
S. pombe FLAG-tagged-INO80 complex was immunoprecipitated (lane2) and immunoblotted using anti-Arp8 antibodies (ab12098).
Arp8 a member of the INO80 complex was detected as at approximately 100 kDa, which is predicted to be the higher band of the doublet. The lower band of the doublet may represent a proteolytic cleavage product.
