All lanes : Anti-Avian Influenza Nucleoprotein antibody (ab25921) at 0.5 µg/ml
Lane 1 : Recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 58-77 of Avian flu nucleoprotein at 0.1 µg
Lane 2 : Fusion partner without these amino acids
Observed band size : 31 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 56 kDa,59 kDa,66 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
