    I wonder if this product could be used as an additive to cultures, besides being used in WB. I suppose it contains a lot of melanocyte specific proteins ?

    Thank you for your enquiry. This product does contain all the nuclear proteins from this melanoma cell line. Moreover, this protein extract is not denatured and most of the proteins are functional. However, we do not have experience or insight of the use of this product as a culture additive.
