Observed band size : 46 kDa
Additional bands at : 28 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Exposure time : 1 hour
Note: The additional 28 kDa band of unknown identity was consistently observed, and the band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
