Hi!

  I bought two anti-Bag2 antibodies from *** and ***; however, both of antibodies didn't work at all. So, I'm afraid of ordering other Bag2 antibody, since I've already lost about $700 for these antibodies.

  I was wondering whether I could receive a small amount of sample for AB47106 from your campany before ordering. If possible, I could pay for the sample. After confirming its working, I'd like to order it.

Thank you for contacting us with your question.

We only have the full size vials of each of our products, however we do guarantee that all antibodies will work in tested species and applications as stated on the datasheet for up to 6 months. So, if you will be using ab47106 in human samples in one of the tested applications and it does not work, we will be happy to send a replacement or issue a credit or refund if the problem is reported within 6 months of purchasing.

If you need to use the Bag2 antibody for an untested species or application, we are unable to guarantee the antibody's performance but we do have a testing discount program that you may be interested in. Please let me know if you are interested in this program and I will send more information.
